Class Booking and
Cancellation Policy

Booking Classes: Classes can be booked through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 48 hours before the class start time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on class availability.

Cancellation by Participant:

More than 48 hours notice: If you cancel your class more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer rescheduling options at our discretion.

Cancellation by Academy: In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, emergency situations), participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to show up for their scheduled class without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions: Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns or specific requests regarding your booking.

We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule, instructors, or content as necessary.

Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time.
